Through the GAD Planning and Budgeting Seminar-Workshop conducted by the Program Planning and Development Division of the Office of the Provincial Population Officer, GFPS members from the MLGU of Surallah revisited the realities faced by women and other vulnerable sectors.
Equipped with GAD tools and a deeper appreciation of gender issues, the participants gained fresh perspectives in crafting programs, projects, and activities that are not only responsive, but truly transformative and inclusive.
Hon. Pedro Matinong, with the support of his GAD Focal Person, Mr. Nockie Calibayan, is taking deliberate and meaningful steps toward achieving gender-responsive governance.
