In a remarkable achievement, a scholar from the Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship Program (KPSP) topped the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). Sheen EljayΒ B. Bandalan, a graduate of Sultan Kudarat State University, emerged as the top 9 in the recent LET, with a score that surpassed even her own expectations. Sheen Eljay is from Sitio Lake View, Vacdulong, Lake Sebu, where access to quality education is often a challenge.
