160 new scholars to sign MOA with South Cotabato

South Cotabato, Philippines –The Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-In-Aid Program (KPSGIAP) is set to conduct the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Orientation and Signing Ceremony for the incoming Batch 21 Regular College Scholars and Batch 10 Post-Graduate Degree Scholars on September 6, 2025, at the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center.

According to Atty. Rhonalyn Gallego, OIC–Executive Director of KPSGIAP, a total of 130 new college scholars and 30 post-graduate scholars, together with their parents or guardians, are expected to participate in the ceremony.

“This will mark the beginning of their official journey under the provincial scholarship program,” Gallego said.

She added, “We hope they will not waste this opportunity given to them by the Provincial Government, because they are the chosen few. We encourage them to persevere until they graduate, find employment, and be able to help their families.”

KPSGIAP reminds all scholars to bring their required original documents during the MOA Signing to ensure the smooth processing of benefits and claims. These requirements include:

  • Medical Certificate
  • Drug Test Result
  • Certificate of Enrolment
  • Certificate of No Scholarship
  • Statement of Account or Official Receipt
