History repeats itself as three winning groups for the 2019 Tnalak Open Cheerdance Competition maintain their placement from last year’s competition, one of the activities for this year’s weeklong festivity.
Out of the eight competing teams who performed at the Jampacked South Cotabato Gym and Cultural Center on July 15, 2019, the Arellano University’s Chiefsquad who came all the way from Metro Manila won the most coveted championship award.
It’s a repeat performance from last year’s feat after they were also declared as the overall champion.
They brought home the cash Prize of Php120,000.00 and Tnalak Trophy.
Holy Trinity College’s BAILE REAL from General Santos City won second place and receive a cash prize of Php110,000.00
Madayaw Cheer Revolution Cheetahs (Davao City) won third place and received a cash prize of Php100,000.00.
Other non-winning groups received Php30,000 each as consolation p[rize. These include the Dadiangas Cheers Allstar of General Santos City, Raptors of Bukidnon, Alexian Night of South Cotabato, Cheer Bullets of Midsayad, and Magnate of Panabo.
