South Cotabato, Philippines | November 05, 2025 – The Provincial Government of South Cotabato has intensified the monitoring and accountability of projects under the Reinforce Services Task Force (RST), ensuring that government initiatives reach communities efficiently and transparently.

Dennis C. Dignadice,Executive Assistant IV of the Barangay Affairs Unit, said the move reinforces the province’s commitment to effective service delivery at the grassroots level.
“Our RST Officers are tasked to monitor and oversee the progress of provincial projects to make sure these truly benefit the communities they serve,” he explained.

According to Dignadice, aside from the Community Organizers, the RST Officers play a vital role in ensuring that the government’s projects are properly implemented at the community level.
“For those who fail to properly use the equipment or materials given, it becomes difficult for us to provide further support,” he cautioned.
He also reminded community members and local implementers to use and safeguard the assistance provided by the government.
“That’s why we urge everyone to take good care of these projects—because they are meant to improve your lives and your barangays.”
Dignadice added that 99.9% of RST projects are now being implemented on the ground, showing strong coordination between the province and local stakeholders.
However, he issued a stern warning to any RST officers found selling or misusing government-issued projects or materials.

“Anyone caught will face appropriate sanctions, including being summoned to the barangay and possible inclusion in the block list,” he said.
The Provincial Government continues to call for cooperation and transparency among all RST Officers and partner communities to ensure that every project is properly utilized, implemented, and sustained for the benefit of the people of South Cotabato.
