South Cotabato, Philippines – Members of various cooperatives expressed their gratitude and joy for the continuous assistance and support of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato through its various programs.
Among the cooperative beneficiaries are the Guinsang-an Farmers Services Cooperatives and Centrala Alternative Medicine Producers Cooperative which both received PHP100,000.00 from the Provincial Government’s Alalay sa Negosyo Ginhawa at Trabaho (ANGAT) Livelihood Program.
Members of the cooperatives expressed their gratitude to Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. for his continuous support in all sectors in the society – especially in Civil Society Organizations such as cooperatives.
“Gov. madamo gid nga salamat sa imo nga programa nga ANGAT, salamat gid kay isa kami sa kooperatiba nga nabuligan Ninyo… Amon gid palambuon ang ginhatag ninyo sa amon kag tani madamo pa gid nga kooperatiba ang mabuligan…” – Liza Capate, chairperson of Guinsang-an Farmers Services Cooperative stated.
Furthermore, Mr. Alfonso Dapitan of the Centrala Alternative Medicine Producers Cooperative also expressed the same sentiment in the assistance and support given to their cooperatives.
With the establishment of the Provincial Cooperatives Development Office, the Provincial Government of South Cotabato continues to uphold its support in cooperatives – ensuring the province stays true to its tagline of being “Angat sa Lahat”.
