Criminology Graduate Lands Opportunity, Hails Gov. Tamayo’s Job Fair Program

South Cotabato, Philippines — Excitement and gratitude fueled the journey of Filmer Jade A. Abogadil, a registered criminologist and recent graduate of the Southeast Asian Institute of Technology (SEAIT) in Tupi, South Cotabato, as he participated in the recently concluded job fair organized by the Provincial Government of South Cotabato.

As a first-time job seeker from Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, Abogadil welcomed the opportunity to explore employment options through the week-long Business Week Job Fair spearheaded by the South Cotabato Economic Enterprise Office.

At least may maapplayan kami right after graduation,” Abogadil stated.

Despite the pressure of competing for limited job openings, Abogadil embraced the process as a meaningful learning experience.

Abogadil also praised the provincial government’s free education program under Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., which he described as life changing.

He emphasized that job fairs not only open doors for new graduates but also contribute to the economic development of the province.

“This kind of program gives real hope. It connects us to opportunities and helps move the whole community forward,” Abogadil concluded
