In our continuing effort to provide relevant information produced by the Provincial Government of South Cotabato, the Provincial Planning and Development Office has come up with the latest edition of the Socio-Economic Profile of the province.

This edition is an update of the past issues containing statistical tables and technical analyses based on the latest data available at the time of preparation. In some areas of concern, data are not available, nevertheless, estimates are provided to meet the demands of the users.

We hope that this will serve as a useful tool in planning and policy-setting towards effective governance and public service.

We thank all government and private offices whose cooperation made possible the publication of this 2010 Socio-Economic Profile of the Province of South Cotabato.
