Koronadal City—The South Cotabato Provincial Government along with eight other local government units in the province are certified 2021 Good Financial Housekeeping passers, the Interior and Local Government in SOCCSKSARGEN region announced.
In a Facebook post of DILG 12, South Cotabato LGU got a 73 percent passing rate.
Meanwhile, the online announcement revealed that passers of GHF in South Cotabato were the City of Koronadal, Banga, Norala, Polomolok, Suralah, Tboli, Tupi, and Sto. Nino.
The 2021 Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping is presented to a Local Government Unit that passed the financial transparency and instituted public reporting of budget and expenditure of local governments.
GFH carries “tama and maayos na serbisyo,” which is also the present administration battle cry for good governance.
