Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Philippines | August 28, 2025—The Office of the Provincial Assessor of South Cotabato has been recognized by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Regional Office XII for its exemplary performance in local assessment operations during the 2024 Fiscal Performance Awards for SOCCSKSARGEN local government units.
In Region XII, the South Cotabato Provincial Assessor’s Office ranked among the top performers, earning multiple distinctions. The office ranked second in Region XII for Taxable Assessed Value, posting a total of ₱25,822,207,248.20. It also secured second place in the growth rate of Taxable Exempt Real Property Units at 3.25%, and third place in the growth rate of Taxable Assessed Value at 5.42%.
