The five cluster members of the cassava project implemented under the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) of the Department of Agriculture finally received their respective forward cargo trucks.
In a formal signing of the Memorandum receipt early this week, these coop officers expressed their gratitude to the DA and the provincial government of South Cotabato for the provision of said transportation equipment.

Other cluster member beneficiaries who signed the MR before Provincial General Services Officer Ms. Marlyn I. Almaden include Juan Drelo Alagos, General Manager of the Topland MPC; Jose Ngitngit, General Manager of San Jose MPC; Nelson Ontal, Chairman of the Board of Pobusila –ARB-MPC; Mercy Daraug, Chairperson of the Self-Reliant MPC.
These trucks worth Php7.5 million is the counterpart of the DA-PRDP and the Provincial Government of South Cotabato to the coops worth Php1.5-million each.
Earlier, these coop officers received the formal turn-over of checks at the capitol compound as one of the needed counterparts of the province and the DA for the project.
