Five KPSP scholars pass the 2025 Bar Examinations

South Cotabato, Philippines – The Provincial Government of South Cotabato proudly celebrates the success of five scholars of the Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-in-Aid Program who passed the 2025 Bar Examinations, marking a significant milestone for both the scholars and the province’s continuing investment in education.

The successful bar passers are:

  • Basan, Ma. Fatima G.
  • Tianchon, Ayla Lea C.
  • Dalipe, Mary Ann T.
  • Manalo, Generoso A. Jr.
  • Wom Lib L. Abela

Their achievement highlights the effectiveness of the Kabugwason–Paglaum Scholarship Program in nurturing academically deserving students and supporting them through higher education, including demanding professional fields such as law.

The Kabugwason–Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-in-Aid Program is a flagship initiative of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato aimed at providing financial assistance, academic support, and opportunities to students from economically disadvantaged families.

Through sustained support, the program helps scholars focus on their studies and pursue careers that contribute to public service and community development.

Gov. Reynaldo Tamayo, Jr. expressed pride in the scholars’ success, noting that their accomplishment in the 2025 Bar Examinations reflects both personal perseverance and the province’s commitment to human capital development.

As newly minted lawyers, the five scholars are expected to play vital roles in advancing justice, public service, and good governance, further strengthening South Cotabato’s growing pool of professionals.
