Free gov’t services all set at Handog ng Pangulo caravan on Saturday in South Cotabato

Koronadal City, South Cotabato – Everything is now set for the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Tapat para sa Lahat caravan, a simultaneous nationwide initiative bringing free government services to communities in celebration of the 68th birthday of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center.

The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, in partnership with the Presidential Management Staff, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and other national agencies, is spearheading the preparations for the event.

Residents are encouraged to participate and avail of various services from national government agencies, including:
Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR): Distribution of Certificate of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM)
Department of Agriculture (DA): Distribution of farm machinery, equipment to farmers’ associations, and Kadiwa ng Pangulo activities
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR): Distribution of free patents and indigenous tree seedlings
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD): Release of checks for Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) beneficiaries

From the Provincial Government of South Cotabato (PGSC), services include:
Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship Program (KPSP): Distribution of certificates to grantees
Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO): Distribution of certificates to Alalay Negosyo, Ginhawa at Trabaho (ANGAT) program beneficiaries
Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAG): Distribution of seeds and seedlings
South Cotabato Provincial Hospital/Integrated Provincial Health Office (SCPH/IPHO): Free medical services and consultations

Additional services will be offered at partner venues:
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE): Jobs Fair at Mall of Ace Centerpoint
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA): Distribution of starter tool kits at Koronadal City Jail
Department of Health (DOH): Health services and outreach programs in Koronadal City, Banga, and Tboli

The caravan runs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
