KORONADAL CITY, SOUTH COTABATO, PHILIPPINES| JANUARY 31 2026 – Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. directed the Office of the Provincial Governor–Barangay Affairs Unit to intensify its monitoring of the government operations by mobilizing the Re-Enforce Services Task Force (RST).
RST continues to stay on full alert, ready to respond to emergencies, disasters, and other critical situations.
Members consistently sharpen their skills and coordination to guarantee that they help reach communities quickly, especially during times when immediate action can save lives and protect property.

Felix A. Pula, president of the RST and a resident of Barangay Assumption in Koronadal City, underscored the task force’s strong sense of duty.
“RST members do not wait for emergencies before preparing. Instead, we remain disciplined, trained, and organized to ensure swift and effective responses whenever they are called upon,” he stressed in Hiligaynon language.
Pula also shared that serving in the RST allows members to put their abilities to meaningful use.
From disaster response and rescue efforts to relief distribution and peace-and-order support, members actively contribute to the safety and stability of their barangays.
Beyond service, the task force helps members develop valuable lives and professional skills.
Through regular training and real-world experience, they gain knowledge that benefits not only their communities but also their families and future livelihoods.
The strong bond among members further inspires them to serve with integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
