Governor Tamayo directed the Office of the Provincial Governor–Barangay Affairs Unit (PGO-BAU) and the Office of the Provincial Governor–Peace and Order Council to fast-track the distribution, ensuring that qualified RST members promptly receive the compensation due to them.

Executive Assistant IV Dennis Dignadice confirmed that the funding comes from the Office of the Provincial Governor–Peace and Order Council under the province’s 2025 General Fund.
