The South Cotabato Integrity Circle recently featured employees of the Provincial Government who championed the culture of Integrity during the Integrity Forum on the celebration of the 9th Integrity Week Celebration of the Province of South Cotabato..
Koronadal City , South Cotabato, Philippines | September 25, 2025- The integrity forum showcased one of the employees of the Provincial Government through Mrs. Grace L. Maniego J.D., Internal Auditor IV of the Internal Audit Service Office of the Provincial Government.
Maniego focused in sharing her experiences in being a three-time nominee for the Dangal ng South Cotabato Employee Integrity Awards since her employment in the Provincial Government in 2017.
Meanwhile, she aims to inspire others in promoting integrity citing that the best way to show people the culture of integrity especially in the workplace – is to just know what is right, and live by that principle.
“We don’t need to convince people of our integrity. Let our life and performance be our message. To make a difference, we don’t need to be extraordinary—we just need to know and do what is right,” Maniego stated in her speech.
Furthermore, Maniego called for transparency and integrity in the workplace in this crucial time where corruption persists in government service stating that transparency and integrity against corrupt practices must start from the employees themselves.
The Integrity Forum is just one of the activities during the celebration of the 9th South Cotabato Integrity week which aims to promote integrity not only in the provincial government but also to its constituents and stakeholders.
