South Cotabato,Philippines | October 3, 2025 – Employees from the Provincial Government of South Cotabato and local enterprise in the Province of South Cotabato received recognition during the Dangal ng South Cotabato Employee and Enterprise Integrity Awards at the Farm at Carpenter Hill, Barangay Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal, last September 30, 2025.
The Dangal ng South Cotabato Employee and Enterprise Integrity Awards recognizes outstanding employees and local enterprise in the Provincial Government and in the Province of South Cotabato
Jennifer Guadalupe-Ilao, Project Development Officer III, stated that the awards aims not only to recognize outstanding employees and enterprise that showcase integrity – but also to set an example to co-employees and other local enterprise in the province to follow the good example of the nominees and awardees.
“Through these awards, we honor excellence and integrity while encouraging fellow employees and local enterprises to emulate the positive examples set by the nominees and awardees,”Ilao, Project Development Officer III, said.
The awards is divided into two categories for the employee awards, and three categories for the enterprise awards.
For the employee awards, Mr. Romel T. Evangelio, a driver of the OPG-CATCH-UP bagged the award for the rank-and-file category, while Mrs. Mary Jane G. Manlisis, Supervising Environmental Management Specialist from OPENRO bagged the awards for the Supervisory category.
Meanwhile, for the Enterprise awards, BKR Food Products was recognized for the micro-enterprise category, MELTS Corporation for the Medium Enterprise Category, and Marbel Universal Trading Inc. (MUTI) for the Large Enterprise Category.
The Dangal ng South Cotabato Employee and Enterprise Integrity Awards is part of the celebration of the 9th South Cotabato Integrity Week and in celebration also of the 125th Civil Service Month in the Province of South Cotabato.
The awarding ceremony is spearheaded by the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator – Special Projects Division and the Office of the Provincial Human Resource Management Officer.
