The most pursued Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-In Aid Program (KPSGIAP) of the province officially welcomes its new batch of scholars through orientation and contract signing of MOA. Out of 1,450 applicants, only 132 poor but deserving students were chosen for the most prestigious scholarship in the province. Last October 14, 2023 at South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center, they were oriented together with their parents of their duties and obligations to the opportunity given to them. KPSGIAP Headed by OIC Executive Director Atty. Rhonalyn C. Gallego oriented the scholars on the rationale of the program. She said “The program gives equal opportunity to both male and female high school graduates residing in South Cotabato and belonging to the less privileged or low-income families but is deserving of the scholarship on the basis, primarily on the applicant’s academic qualifications”.
One of the highlights of the event was the comprehensive orientation on KPSGIAP Policies Provincial Scholarship and Guidelines & MOA Briefing of Mr. Carlito Y. Uy the Chairperson of the Provincial Scholarship and Grant-In Aid Committee. Gracing the event through his inspirational message was Board Member Alan M.
