The Provincial Government of South Cotabato officially announces the opening of applications for the Kabugwason Program, offering expanded educational opportunities for deserving and qualified individuals across various academic levels.
The program covers the following categories: College Degree Program, Juris Doctor, and Doctor of Medicine, as well as other Postgraduate Courses. This initiative aims to support students and professionals in pursuing higher education and advancing their careers through accessible and sustained educational assistance.
Interested applicants may submit their documentary requirements from May 04, 2026, to June 05, 2026. All applications must be submitted in person at the Kabugwason Office, located on the 2nd Floor of the Provincial Capitol Main Building, Alunan Avenue, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.
