South Cotabato, Philippines — A proud moment for the Province of South Cotabato as Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship Program beneficiary Christine Mabel Barrientos Cabuga passed the March 2026 Physician Licensure Examination, marking a significant milestone in her academic and professional journey.
