KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato — The Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-In-Aid Program has established official Messenger group chats for qualified scholars of the KPSGIAP Scholarship for Academic Year 2026–2027 to strengthen communication and facilitate the timely dissemination of scholarship-related announcements.
KPSGIAP CAO/OIC Executive Director Atty. Rhonalyn C. Gallego urged all qualified scholars to join their respective Messenger groups and regularly monitor announcements.
“We encourage all our qualifiers to join their designated Messenger group to ensure that they receive timely and accurate information about the scholarship program,” Gallego said.
The official groups will serve as a communication channel where qualifiers can receive important updates, reminders, requirements, schedules, and other information concerning the scholarship program.
Kabugwason Scholar Batch 17 Maureen Lyka P. Baludio said the Messenger group chat plays an important role in keeping scholars connected with the program and updated on scholarship-related matters.
“Helpful po talaga ang Messenger group kasi updated kami sa mga announcements and reminders. Kapag may hindi kami naiintindihan na requirements or may questions kami, mas madali rin po kaming makapagtanong and makapag-clarify,” Baludio said.
She added that among the most important messages received through the group are announcements regarding scholarship requirements, submission deadlines, schedules of activities, financial assistance, and other reminders that scholars need to know and comply with.
Gallego likewise reminded scholars of their responsibility to remain attentive to official announcements throughout the academic year.
“Staying connected and informed will help our scholars comply with important requirements and make the most of the opportunities provided through the KPSGIAP Scholarship,” she added.
Qualifiers may join the official Messenger groups according to their degree program:
Upon accessing the appropriate link, qualifiers are encouraged to submit their request to join and wait for administrator approval. They are also advised to regularly check the group for updates.
