KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato – The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the Kabugwason Paglaum Scholarship and Grant-in-Aid Program (KPSGIAP), is set to conduct the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing for its Batch 22 scholars this September at the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center.
Atty. Rhonalyn C. Gallego, KPSGIAP Executive Director, said the activity is an important step in preparing the new batch of scholars for their academic journey.
“The MOA signing marks the beginning of our scholars’ commitment to academic excellence and responsible scholarship. We look forward to welcoming Batch 22 as they begin this meaningful chapter of their educational journey,” Gallego emphasized.
The activity will formally welcome the newly qualified scholars into the province’s flagship scholarship program and outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the scholars and the KPSGIAP throughout the duration of the grant.
She added that the Provincial Government remains committed to investing in the education of deserving South Cotabateño students through programs that expand access to quality higher education.
“Through KPSGIAP, we continue to support students who have the determination and potential to succeed. We encourage our incoming scholars to embrace this opportunity with dedication, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose,” she said.
The MOA signing will also serve as an orientation for scholars and their parents or guardians, providing them with information on the program’s policies, academic requirements, scholarship benefits, and expectations for maintaining their eligibility.
The exact schedule of the MOA signing will be announced by the KPSGIAP Office through its official communication channels. Batch 22 scholars are advised to monitor announcements for the confirmed date and other event details.
