The newly constructed Three-Storey Provincial Capitol Complex (Left Wing) worth Php200 million is now ready to house nine provincial offices after the Occupancy Permit from the Office of the Building Official (OBO) was released early this week.
The offices that are set to occupy the said building are the following:

Second Floor: Human Resource and Development Office (PHRMO), Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Internal Audit Unit (IAU), and Provincial Security Unit (PSU)
Third Floor: Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) and the Provincial Information Office (PIO)
Earlier today, representatives from the Provincial General Services Office headed by Engr. Ralph Delalamon, Engr. Sherwin Factoranan, and Ms. Ann Rose Elena Buhayan; together with Mr. Jefel Cuizon, Site Engineer from Freden Construction, the contractor of the building conducted an inspection and inventory of the equipment of the building.
The construction of the said building started in 2019 after the province secured a P200 million loan from the Development Bank of the Philippines to replace the old structures inside the capitol.
After this building, the provincial government plans to construct another Three-Storey Building on the Right Wing which will house more offices.
The blessing of the newly constructed building is set on March 21, 2022, after the Monday Flag Raising ceremony.
