Under the leadership of Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr., the initiative aims to directly bring essential government services to developing communities, with a particular focus on reaching communities that typically have limited access to provincial resources.

The comprehensive caravan offered residents of Lambangan a wide range of critical services, including:

– Health services
– Livelihood assistance programs
– Disaster preparedness initiatives
– Social welfare support

A key component of the event was the participation of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO-South Cotabato), led by Rolly Doane C. Aquino. The office conducted community orientations, distributed informational materials, and operated a Mobile Kitchen to provide hot meals to participants.

Rolly Doane C. Aquino, CATCH-UP focal person highlighted the strategic importance of the CATCH-UP program, emphasizing its role in strengthening government-community engagement. “Our goal is to ensure that no sector and no South Cotabateño is left behind in our province’s development efforts,” he stated.

The Serbisyo Caravan serves as a critical bridge between government institutions and grassroots communities, embodying the provincial government’s commitment to transformative and positive change in South Cotabato. This initiative represents a significant step towards more inclusive governance, bringing essential services directly to the doorsteps of remote barangays and demonstrating the provincial government’s dedication to comprehensive community development.
