South Cotabato, Philippines —- The South Cotabato Rehabilitation and Detention Center (SCPRDC) released 15 Persons Deprived of Liberty this June, according to records.
Jail Warden Juan Lanzaderas confirmed that three of the inmates were involved in drug-related cases.
“These releases are part of the facility’s ongoing efforts in coordination with the courts and legal agencies to ensure the timely disposition of cases,” Lanzaderas said.
