South Cotabato, Koronadal City- The Provincial Government of South Cotabato (PGSC), in its commitment to promote and institutionalize integrity and exemplary service in the provincial government, in pursuit of good governance has established the Integrity Award System. Through the implementation of the integrity mechanisms under its Integrity Program-dubbed as “South Cotabato for Integrity and Jobs”, it aims to contribute to poverty reduction through the sustainable creation of jobs resulting from practices of integrity in the delivery of public services in the province.
Corollary thereto, the PGSC, through the Employee Integrity Award Selection Committee, will be conducting this year’s Search for Dangal ng South Cotabato-Employee Integrity Award. This system endeavours to give appropriate recognition to provincial government employees who have displayed exceptional integrity in performance of their duties and their particular fields of endeavour and their community.
The nomination for Employee Integrity Award will start on March 2, 2020 and all nominations must be submitted to the Human Resource Development Division of the PHRMO not later than May 29, 2020.
The General Rules and Guidelines are as follows, first there shall be one awardee for the Employee Integrity Award for Supervisory Level and Rank and File Level. Each nominee shall meet the set of qualifications. Second, no nomination for any of the category of the search shall come from any member of the South Cotabato Integrity Circle and South Cotabato Council on Integrity Award and Selection Committees. Third, all nominees shall be formally notified for verification and accomplishment of the Official Nomination For for the Employee Integrity Award. Fourth, qualifiers will be determined based on points garnered in the evaluation checklist. Fifth, a hall of Fame Award shall be given to the employee of which award was conferred for three consecutive years. Sixth, the decision of the Selection Committee is final and executor. Seventh, in the event that awardee has committed fraud or violation after being awarded, such act shall be ground for permanent disqualification. Lastly, Employee Integrity Award shall be awarded once during the integrity week on the third week of September.
