TUPI, SOUTH COTABATO- Thirty-one (31) plea bargainers with Court Orders from South Cotabato Rehabilitation and Detention Center composed the 3rd batch of Balay Silangan Reformatory Center clients who were formally accepted in a ceremony on November 11, 2020.
PDEA XII Director Naravy Duquiatan, together with Center Manager Mr. Jonathan ‘Boy’ Jovero, PADAC Head Secretariat Ms. Haidee Agustin representing Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr. led the acceptance ceremony.
The clients will undergo a three-month reformatory program at the center which includes moral recovery program, life skills, livelihood programs, continuing education and values formation.
Prior to their acceptance to the center, rapid test and swab test for Covid-19 virus were conducted and yielded negative result.
On the other hand, government line agencies extends pledge of support and intervention to the program of Provincial Government of South Cotabato such as PDEA XII, LGU Tupi, DTI, TESDA, DA-ATI, So. Cot. Parole and Probation, 27th IB, So. Cot. Police Provincial Office, DEPED, DSWD, Biolife, and DOLE Philippines.
