South Cotabato, Philippines – The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the South Cotabato Integrity Circle (SCIC), will celebrate Integrity Week on September 15–19, 2025.
Institutionalized under Provincial Ordinance No. 8, Series of 2017, Integrity Week is observed every third week of September to highlight the province’s continuing drive for accountability and transparency in government service.
Organized in partnership with the Special Projects Division of the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, this year’s celebration is giving emphasis on the importance of cultivating a culture of integrity not only within government offices but also in businesses and communities.
Jennifer Guadalupe-Ilao of the Special Projects Division stressed the broader significance of the observance.
“We are celebrating Integrity Week to promote integrity in the province. We want this not only within the provincial government but also across South Cotabato—even among our constituents,” she said.
Meanwhile, activities for the week-long celebration of the integrity week are the following:
September 15, 2025 – Opening Ceremony of the 9th Integrity Week at the Provincial Capitol Covered Court
September 17, 2025 – Online Webinar: Integrity at the Core: Orientation of South Cotabato Freedom of Information via Zoom Video Conferencing
September 19, 2025 – Integrity Forum 2025 – “Advancing and Embracing a Culture of Integrity”
Moreover, the awarding ceremony of the Dangal ng South Cotabato Employee & Enterprise Integrity Awards is set to take place during the Araw ng Parangal on September 30, 2025.
