Koronadal City, South Cotabato —-The South Cotabato Blood Bank is set to conduct simultaneous blood donation activities on March 2, 2026 in the municipalities of T’boli and Norala as part of its continuing effort to ensure adequate blood supply across the province.
The bloodletting activity in T’boli will be held at the Municipal Health Office Conference Room, while in Norala, the activity will take place at the Pacman Gym, encouraging residents from nearby communities to participate and donate blood.
Noel Fuscablo, Bloodletting Program Coordinator, emphasized the importance of regular blood donation in sustaining life-saving services in hospitals.
“We continue to bring blood donation activities closer to the communities to make it more accessible for volunteers. A stable blood supply is crucial, especially for emergency cases, surgeries, and patients in need of immediate transfusion,” Fuscablo said.
He added that the initiative is part of the province’s broader strategy to strengthen its blood services program and promote a culture of volunteerism among residents.
“Every donor plays a vital role in saving lives. We encourage healthy individuals to take part in this activity and become regular blood donors,” he added.
The South Cotabato Blood Bank calls on all eligible donors in T’boli, Norala, and nearby areas to participate in the upcoming activity and contribute to saving lives through voluntary blood donation.
