The Provincial Government of South Cotabato has completed the certification process, marking a significant milestone in the province’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its systems and processes for quality public service delivery. The certification follows the successful completion of the ISO 9001:2015 certification audit, which assessed the province’s Quality Management System against the international standard’s requirements.

“The formal delivery and awarding of the Certificate of Registration during the Araw ng Parangal will allow the provincial government to recognize the collective efforts of its offices and personnel in establishing and maintaining the systems required under the certification process,” Gazo explained.

Through the Quality Management System, provincial government offices follow established processes, documented procedures, monitoring mechanisms, and continual improvement measures that support the consistent delivery of government services.
