T’boli tourism aims to go ”cashless” in 2024

 

The municipality of T’boli in South Cotabato will go “cash;ess” in its business transactions by 2024, this was confirmed by Senior Tourism Operations Officer (STOO) Rodel Hilado during the 4th Quarter Regular Meeting of the South Cotabato  Culture & Arts Council (SCCAC) held at Lemsnolon Home Stay, T’boli.

Hilado revealed that Financial IT giant Globe  helped realized their plan to go cashless through their GCash Application.

“Tourists can pay any transaction even horse for rent used im

 trekking Mt. Nelibingoy (Lake Holon), purchases made at the public market, pasalubong centers, among others,” Hilado pointed out. 

With the realization of this aspiration, Hilado said that this will be the first in the Philippines.
