LAKE SEBU, SOUTH COTABATO- The contingent from South Cotabato Police Provincial Office (SCPPO) under the command of its Provincial Director PCOL JEMUEL F SIASON, bringing along with them the passion to serve, endured the treacherous terrain to reach Sitio Blit of Brgy Ned, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato. The group joined other member agencies of the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) to bring its services even to the farthest nook of the province.
TESDA-12, under its Regional Director RAFAEL Y ABROGAR II, conducted ceremonial switching and distribution of solar panels that will illuminate more than two hundred (200) houses at Sitio Blit for the first time since the settlement existed. This program falls under the agency’s flagship program Project TALA (“TESDA Alay ay Liwanag at Asenso”).
Livelihood packages were also offered by other agencies.
