2021 Dangal ng SoCot- Employee Integrity Award (DSCEIA)

Koronadal City, South Cotabato- South Cotabato government celebrates the 2021 DSCEIA through an awarding ceremony. It was attended by Gov. Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr., Hon. Ma. Ester Marin Catorce-Committee Chair on Civil Service, Arch. Carlito Y. Uy-South Cotabato Integrity Circle Chairman and evaluators coming from the DSCEIA.

The said program promotes and institutionalizes integrity and exemplary service in the Provincial Government of South Cotabato in pursuit of good governance. Through the implementation of the integrity mechanisms under its Integrity Program-dubbed as “South Cotabato for Integrity and Jobs”, it aims to contribute to poverty reduction through the sustainable creation of jobs resulting from practices of integrity in the delivery of public services in the province.

Through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), the Integrity Award System was conceptualized to give appropriate recognition to outstanding provincial government employees who have displayed exceptional integrity in the performance of their duties and their particular fields of endeavor in building a culture of integrity in the province of South Cotabato.

This year’s nominator, Ms. Hannah G. Ebeo, RN, MPA nominated Ms. Marifort R. Rafael, Nurse I, and Ms. Celia C. Lorenzo, Nutritionist Dietitian II all coming from IPHO.

For Awards Criteria:

Specific act of integrity and consistency and influence within the organization- 35%

Acts of Integrity- 40%

Other Factors- 15%

Awards Received- 10%

And this year’s Dangal ng South Cotabato Employee Integrity Awardee with an average score of 95.14 is Ms. Celia C. Lorenzo, Nutritionist Dietitian II. The evaluation of the winner was conducted by the DSCEIA Selection Committee.

Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr., commended the nominees for the sacrifices they offered to the people of South Cotabato especially in this trying time. He also thanked the nominees for the integrity they offered to carry out the “Tama at Maayos na serbisyo” for the South Cotabateños.
