Twelve (12) barangays of Tantangan LGU continued their Focus Group Discussion (FGD) that centered on the List of Cultural Icons identified by the respective barangay.
Engr. Hanz Fernandez, Cultural Mapping Editor together with the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum Unit (ACTMU) led by Arts & Culture Coordinator Tourism Operations Officer II Indira Cagaanan led the ddiscussion with the participants composed of the Local Mapping Team of each barangay.
Cultural Icons were added to barangays identified to have lacking icons to complete the list they have presented in the previous FGD sessions.
Cagaanan earlier disclosed that each barangay will present at least ten (10) icons during their first FGD aession.
ACTMU revealed that the final List of Cultural Icons will be presented and checked next year with Tantangan LGU as the host.
The 12 barangays in attendance were Cabuling, New Cuyapo, New Iloilo, New Lambunao, Poblacion, San Felipe, Bukay Pait, Libas, Dumadalig, Maibo, Magon, and Tinongcop.
