CITY OF KORONADAL — Some 30 teachers of the Department of Education (DepED) City of Koronadal and South Cotabato Divisions underwent a whole day orientation on Cultural Awareness at Agua Frio Resort here spearheaded by the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum Unit (ACTMU).
Atty, Adolf Ryan Lantion, Natopnal Commission for Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) was the Resource Speaker who talked on Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity and the IPRA Law,
The whole day activity was likewise graced by Maria Todi, Cultural Worker and Educator from Lake Sebu who discussed about Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity for the Tangible and Intangible. .
ACTArts & Culture Coordinator Indira Cagaanan disclosed that the objective of the seminar is to orient or dessiminate to the general public about cultural awareness and sensivity.
