T’boli, South Cotabato — For residents of Barangay Lambangan, a quiet and mountainous village in T’boli, the Serbisyo Caravan was more than just an outreach event.
Among those who benefited from the two-day activity was Mario Salawa, a local farmer who has long faced challenges in accessing basic services due to the remote location of their barangay.
“Salamat sa gobernador sang South Cotabato sa iya gin hatag diri sa Brgy. Lambangan. Kami gid gapasalamat sa iya nga administrasyon,” Salawa shared, expressing his heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Government of South Cotabato.
The Serbisyo Caravan, gathered various government offices to deliver essential services directly to the community.
“Salamat sa gobyerno sa bulig diri sa Brgy. Lambangan nga naka abot diri sa amon ang ila nga mga bulig,” he added.
The initiative is part of the provincial government’s continuing efforts to reach isolated areas, ensuring that no community is left behind.
While the caravan lasted only two days, its impact on residents like Mr. Salawa will be felt for a long time—reminding them that in the heart of the hills, help can still find its way.
