Second Floor: Human Resource and Development Office (PHRMO), Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Internal  Audit Unit (IAU), and Provincial Security Unit (PSU)

The construction of the said building started in 2019 after the province secured a P200 million loan from the Development Bank of the Philippines to replace the old structures inside the capitol.

After this building, the provincial government plans to construct another Three-Storey Building on the Right Wing which will house more offices.

The blessing of the newly constructed building is set on March 21, 2022, after the  Monday Flag Raising ceremony.
