Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. announces that the newly formulated mobile application dubbed as “ PROMISE app” which stands for the Project Request, Online Monitoring Information System is now up and running.
This app will serve as an avenue for the people especially those coming from the puroks and sitios will have the opportunity to report to the Office of the Governor on their issues and concerns from the grassroots level.
Governor Tamayo said these people will have the opportunity to get in touch with him without coming over to his office, especially for those coming from far-flung areas.
Their requests can be in the form of the needed services which the provincial government can provide.
“They can request anything, or they can also report the status of any projects located in their areas,” he said,
Governor Tamayo added that as soon as his office receives these reports or requests, they will be then course through to the concerned agencies.
He has allowed at least five officers in each barangays including the school principal to be the authorized persons whom the constituents can report to using the mobile app.
“I want fast delivery of basic services for our people.” He said,
