“Kami po sa DepEd Schools Division of South Cotabato, wala pong humpay ang aming pasasalamat at appreciation sa Provincial Government of South Cotabato for really supporting the education sector here in the province. And for the information of everyone, for the calendar year 2020, the provincial government, ofcourse, headed by no less than, ang inyong kasimanwa here in the Municipality of Tupi, Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr, is really providing the Department of Education a P139-Million support. For the previous months, the Schools Division of South Cotabato ay patuloy pong namimigay ng mga printers, bondpapers, duplicating machines, risograph printers, internet connectivity, solar panels, and ofcourse financial assistance sa bawat school, for almost 450 schools here in our province,” said Mr. Tyron Jann Villanueva, the representative of Schools Division Superintendent Ruth L. Estacio, PhD, CESO VI.

“At this point, dapat yung ating magiging mood ngayon ay masaya, kasi unang-una, kayo po ay magre-renew ng inyong contract, you are part of the Department of Education, at ang inyong employer ay ang Provincial Government of South Cotabato. Kasi po, we are facing our current situation, may pandemic, and yet you have your own respective jobs and work. I would like to challenge most especially our PSB-paid teachers that you should use this as your stepping stone or platform to really showcase what you have,” he added.

“Ngayon 2021, the governor assured us that he will continue to support the education sector as one of the top priorities of the Province of South Cotabato.
