Koronadal City—Members of the Nutrition Unit of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato launched the Bata Alagaan Tamang Nutrisyon ay Kailangan (BATAK) Program, supplementary feeding and vitamin supplementation for indigent and undernourished pregnant mothers in their 3rd trimester recently.

The nutrition Unit allocated P200, 000 for this activity. It aims to ensure that the infant or baby inside the mother’s womb receives proper nutrition. This program targets 100 identified pregnant mothers all over the province.
