Ms. Ester Ante received this honor for her exceptional dedication as a barangay volunteer, showcasing unwavering commitment to public service.
Rafael M. Salas Kaunlarang Pantao Awards (RMSKPA) aim to recognize the efforts of barangay volunteers in family planning, health, and community development. The event showcased Ms. Ante’s hard work and dedication, highlighting her determination to provide services even in hard-to-reach areas. Despite challenges in reaching remote areas of the province, she remained determined to support the community. Ms. Ante was awarded a certificate, plaque, and a commendable Php 100,000 for her outstanding contributions.

The ceremony was graced by Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr., also the respected ULAP president, who delivered an inspiring message expressing pride in the province’s remarkable achievement. Governor Tamayo emphasized the significant assistance provided by the population office in South Cotabato, expressing hope for collaboration across provinces to fulfill shared dreams.
Governor Tamayo highlighted on his speech,”Sa South Cotabato, hindi matatawaran ang suporta mula sa population office. Sila ang nagbibigay ng mahahalagang datos para sa mga programa ng probinsya. Sa katunayan, ang population office sa aming probinsya ay isa nang departamento, at mayroon itong 27 plantilla positions. Nawa’y maging tulay ang CPD Executive Director at Deputy Executive Director, upang ang tagumpay na inabot namin dito sa aming bayan ay mapasa iba’t ibang sulok ng bansa. Panahon na ito na tayong lahat ay magtulongan dahil natitiyak ko, na ang pangarap ng ating pinakamamahal na pangulong Bong-Bong Marcos, ay pangarap rin ng bawat mamamayang Pilipino.”
