Surallah entrepreneur thrives in mushroom business with Provincial Government’s support

Surallah, South Cotabato – Local entrepreneur Susan Zamora has shared her inspiring journey of success in the mushroom products business. Starting her venture in 2017 under the name Almora Mushroom Products Trading, Zamora has gained recognition for her unique and high-quality offerings.

Her products, including Mushroom Chicharon and Mushroom Kropek, have become popular for their distinctive taste and appeal, earning a loyal customer base.

Zamora credited the Provincial Government of South Cotabato for playing a crucial role in her success. The government extended financial assistance through capital loans and provided access to training and seminars, which equipped her with the skills to sustain and expand her business.

As part of her future plans, Zamora aims to launch a new product, Mushroom Sisig, and hopes to bring her brand to a wider market. She is also working to secure approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make her products eligible for distribution in malls, other regions, and even international markets.

Zamora expressed her gratitude for the provincial government’s livelihood programs and remains optimistic about the opportunities ahead. She believes these initiatives will open more doors for her growing business and inspire other local entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams.
