The municipality of Surallah won first place in the Video Contest with the theme centered on the respective Clean and Green Programs implemented as well as the Best Practices of the LGUs in the province.
Surallah garnered P10,000 cash incentive for the win given during the awarding ceremony on November 22 celebrated as South Cotabato Ecology Day.
Placing second place is Norala followed by third place Tupi. They received cash incentive of P7,000 and P5,000, respectively.
Likewise, consolation prize of P1,000 were given to the towns of Tantangan, Lake Sebu and T’boli, and the City of Koronadal.
Prior to the awarding, the audio-visual presentation of the participating LGUs were presented to the attendees of the event.
According to the judges, they based their scores on the video content and quality of the presentation.
