Tourism Operarions Officer II Indira “Dinky” Cagaanan, Arts & Culture Section Chief and former Officer-in-Charge of the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Museum (ACTM) Unit under the Provincial Governor’s Office was one of the recipients of the Top 5% Performing Provincial Government Employees who have rendered meritorious performances based on the 2019 Individual Performance Ratings.
The recognition was given by the Provincial Government to employees through its Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE), according to Atty. Renette B. Bergado, Provincial Administrator and PRAISE Chairperson. .
Cagaanan was one of the 42 employees belonging to the top 5% of the total incumbent employees of the province who will receive the one (1) Salary Step Increment as incentive for the award.
Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. personally handed the Certificates of Recognition during the April 5 Monday Convocation Program.
Cagaanan got a rating of 4.55% during the 2019 rating period.
