In July, the Provincial Population Office of South Cotabato commemorated World Population Day with a focused and impactful campaign aimed at promoting awareness about population and family planning. On July 11, the office engaged the public by handing out informational brochures along Alunan Avenue. This program aimed to equip communities with critical knowledge regarding population management and reproductive health.
The distribution of pamphlets successfully reached a large audience, informing and educating the community on the need of family planning and responsible parenthood. This effort is part of the office’s larger aim to engage residents and encourage informed decision-making on reproductive health.
These initiatives demonstrate the Provincial Population Office’s continuous commitment to public education and community engagement. By commemorating World Population Day with such efforts, the office continues to play an important role in promoting a greater knowledge of population and health issues among the people of South Cotabato.
