South Cotabato, Philippines—The T’nalak Festival 2025 roars to life this July with the electrifying Rakrakan sa T’nalak, a dazzling fireworks display, and a vibrant Food Garden—all happening at the South Cotabato Sports Complex.
Freda Liza P. Gazo, head of the Rakrakan, Fireworks, and Food Garden Committee, confirmed that Manila-based artists will share the stage with talented local performers.
“Ang Rakrakan sa T’nalak, ma-experience naton ang mga artist from Manila. Of course, wala pa dira ang aton nga mga local artists; syempre, hindi naton sila pag kalimtan,” Gazo stated.
The excitement kicks off on July 7 with a Singing Duo Mindanao-wide competition, followed by the final showdown on July 11.
On July 11, the festival officially opens with the Rakrakan Grand Launch and final eliminations. The Battle of the Bands continues from July 12 to the grand finals on July 16, leading to the grand Congressional Night on July 17, headlined by 2nd District Representative Ferdinand Hernandez. The festival wraps up with a spectacular Final Program and Fireworks Show on July 18, promising the biggest and most breathtaking display yet.
Meanwhile, the T’nalak Food Garden opens on July 6 with improved family-friendly dining.
“This isn’t a place for rowdiness—it’s for everyone to relax and enjoy,” Gazo emphasized. Featuring 24 food concessionaires, the garden includes a competition for best setup and cleanliness, encouraging creativity and quality.
Festival-goers can dine in comfort while enjoying live performances from both local and national artists.
“Everything is within reach—great food, good music, and an unforgettable experience,” Gazo added.
