Guv Tamayo pushes for unity among LCE in South Cotabato

South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr. pushes for unity among its local chief executive in the province as he gives his inspirational message during the opening celebration of the 22nd Charter Anniversary and 12th Negosyo Festival in the city of Koronadal.

Governor Tamayo emphasized that this is the time for the Local Government Unit to unite and help one another to uplift the life of the people by patronizing the economic enterprises of the province.

“Ito na yung panahon na sa pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan, maiangat natin ang economic enterprise ng Local Government Units ng ating nasasakupan.” Governor Tamayo said.

He also mentioned that this initiative will generate 10,000 jobs for the next 5 years.

Economic zone is an area with a defined geographical boundary which consists of multiple sectors and is meant to attract investments, develop socio-economic, and protect national defense and security.

These economic zones are set to be put up in the circumferential road of Koronadal City, Tupi, Polomolok, or any other areas as soon as possible.

Governor Tamayo believe that this plan will materialize with the help of the LGUs effort.
