Nat’l Tourism Month Celebration Update … “Kemnahe Lingon” Best Original Musical Composition FB voting moved to Sept 25

The Search for the “Kemnahe Lingon” (I Dream of Songs) Best Original Musical Composition via voting on the Land of the Dreamweavers Official facebook page was re-scheduled on September 25 until October 25 with the final judging likewise re-set on October 30.

Senior Tourism Operations Officer Argie Ryan Asaria disclosed that the judging via internet was re-scheduled from September 25 to October 25 and also the final “live performance” judging on October 30.

“Originally, the FB page voting schedule was from September 14 to 29 while the live performance judging was September 30. But because of the prevailing condition of the pandemic, we moved the schedule next month,” STOO Asaria explained.

A crtain percentage of the internet votes will be part of the contest criteria in choosing the top (3) among the top ten (10) winners of the musical composition.

Netizens will enjoy the full view of the music video of the top ten winners which was shot in Lake Sebu, the province’ summer and eco-tourism capital, prior casting their votes.

The top 10 compositions with their respective composers that netizens can vote upon starting September 25 (7pm) are as follows: Mocowo Edeni Be South Cotabato – Yzel Duque, Dali Don, Tara Na – Rey Ortilano, Yakap ng South Cotabato – Kearly Joy Victorio / Ela Salada, Sugod Na Sa Sox – Adonis Flores Jr., Wonders of South Cotabato – Ryan Gazo, Dali Na, Biyahe Ta! – Stephen Celestial, Timog Mo, Timog Ko! – Jong Mabayog, It’s More Fun in South Cotabato – Aldrin Mananes, Beauty of the South – Kim Nathaniel Tan, Let’s Go Sa South – Justin Santiago.
