CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO – The delivery of the “Tama at Maayos na Serbisyo” brand of public service was further amplified to the community through the establishment of the newly formed – Provincial Cooperatives Development Office recently.
Acting Provincial Administrator and Provincial Cooperatives Development Officer – Atty. Renette B. Bergado stated that their office is extending technical assistance to interested associations, non-government organizations, cooperatives, and civil society organizations to facilitate their profiling and accreditation.
Bergado further explained that it is within their office’s mandate to provide technical assistance to cooperatives, CSOs, and NGOs as mandated by Republic Act 11535.
Accreditation and profiling of Cooperatives, CSOs, and NGOs, streamline government services to the people through the establishment of the new department.
Stakeholders also expressed their appreciation of the newly formed PCDO.
“Malaking tulong ang naiambag ng pagpapatayo ng PCDO sa accreditation ng aming non-government environment organization… dahil dito mas napapadali ang pagpapaabot naming ng aming serbisyo lalo na sa probinsya ng South Cotabato…” – Rumel Adrian C. Furthermore Atty. Bergado called on their stakeholders to facilitate their profiling and accreditation to fast track the delivery of government services to their community.
