The South Cotabato Family Rondalla (SCFR) under the baton of conductor Charles Dumdum recently conducted a 2-day Workshop among students of Polomolok National High School Encore Rondalla, Cannery, Polomolok.
SCFR core group that joined the workshop is composed of 5 members playing the Banduria, Octavina, Double Bass and Guitar.
Maestro Dumdum presented to the PNHS Encore Rondalla with 2 musical pieces, Mexicana and Da-Wo-Die-Wolga-Original that was played in the first and second days of the workshop, respectively.
Tourism Operations Officer II Indira Cagaanan, ACTMU Arts & Culture Coordinator disclosed that the workshop is an outreach program annually conducted by SCFR.
The workshop will culminate with a back-to-back concert of SCFR and PNHS Encore Rondalla at KCC Mall of Marbel Activity Center, City of Koronadal on December 17 at 3pm.
